On the day of your celebration, 2 to 4 coordinators work to ensure every detail and area is perfect. From early morning and throughout the photoshoot, a personal coordinator stays with you, managing the schedule and assisting with all details, while the rest of the team oversees setup, conducts the sound check, and welcomes the guests.
Your personal coordinator stays with you until the evening, through the end of the official part of the celebration, helping oversee every moment so that you can fully enjoy your special day.
